1. No accounts
Fons has no sign-up, no email and no password. Your wallet address is the only identifier, and you connect it yourself.
2. What stays on your device
Your Terms and Privacy acceptance — the message you sign once per wallet — is stored in your browser's local storage together with the signature and version. Clearing site data removes it, and you'll be asked to accept and sign again on the next connect.
Draft launch details and interface preferences are also kept locally.
3. What is public on Arc
Launches, buys, sells, fee claims and burns are on-chain transactions. Addresses, amounts and timestamps are permanently public on Arc and visible to anyone through explorers. We cannot delete or edit on-chain data.
4. What we process
To render the interface we read public chain data through Arc RPC endpoints, and our hosting provider processes standard request logs (IP address, browser user agent, timestamp) for security and reliability. Meme metadata you submit — name, ticker, logo, description and social links — is stored so it can be shown to other users.
5. Chat
Chat messages are tied to your wallet address and visible to everyone in the room. Links are stripped automatically. Do not post personal information.
6. Third parties
Your wallet provider, Arc RPC providers and our hosting provider each have their own privacy practices. We do not sell your data, and we do not run advertising trackers.
7. Your choices
You can disconnect your wallet at any time, clear local storage to revoke stored acceptance, and stop using the interface. For questions, reach us through the links in the footer.
