Terms of Use

1. Who may use Fons

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You may not use Fons if you are located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction where trading digital assets is restricted or prohibited, or if you are subject to sanctions.

2. Your wallet is yours

Fons is non-custodial. We never hold your keys, seed phrase or funds. Every action — connecting, launching, buying, selling, claiming fees — is signed by you and broadcast to Arc. Transactions on a public chain are final and cannot be reversed by us.

You are responsible for the security of your wallet and for every transaction it signs.

3. What Fons provides

Fons is an interface to public smart contracts on Arc. We do not operate an exchange, broker, custodian or investment service. We do not endorse any meme launched through the interface, and anyone can launch one.

4. Fees

A flat launch fee is charged when a meme goes live. Trades carry a 1% fee, split 80% to the meme's creator and 20% to the Fons treasury, collected by an on-chain fee vault and claimable on-chain. Network gas is paid in USDC on Arc and is not ours.

5. Risk

Meme tokens are extremely volatile and often go to zero. Nothing on Fons is investment, legal or tax advice. You may lose everything you put in. Smart contracts can contain bugs; you use them at your own risk.

6. Prohibited use

No unlawful activity, market manipulation, impersonation, malware, scraping abuse or attempts to interfere with the contracts or the interface. Chat is moderated: links are stripped automatically and abusive content may be removed.

7. No warranty and limits

The interface is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fons and its contributors are not liable for lost profits, lost tokens or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the interface or the contracts.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes create a new version, and you will be asked to review and re-accept with your wallet the next time you connect.
